As you walk up to the front porch, there are two steps up to enter the house. On the ground floor, you enter the house into the living room. To your right, the stairway ascends to the second level. If you travel left through the living room, you enter the well-equipped kitchen. If you continue left, there is one step down into the dining room, and then the sitting room, complete with comfy sectional couch, T.V., and electric fireplace. Just outside the dining room, out the sliding glass door- you find a patio with propane fire pit, four adirondack chairs, and propane grill. The backyard is fully fenced and spacious. Back inside, if you continue through the kitchen, there is one step down into a landing, and from there, you can access the half bath on your left (the full bath is on the second floor), garage door in front of you, or basement stairs to the right (baby gate provided). In the finished basement, you will find full laundry, a foosball table, high top table, and small gaming area with T.V. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two kings and a double) and a full bath. We do have cameras monitoring the front door, front driveway, and back patio area on the exterior of the home. Per Airbnb policies, there are no cameras or other recording devices of any kind inside the home. If you have any questions about these, please let us know. We love hosting and we love people, we also love our neighborhood and are friends with all of the neighbors. We can only have a property to host as long as they are in full support of it. If you are looking to host an event or people after an evening out, this is not the house for that. ***Please note*** -This property is not available to local guests. -This property is not suitable or available for guests to host gatherings of any size. This includes before and/ or after parties for events i.e. weddings, graduations and holidays (unless prior approval is obtained). -Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am (we have very close neighbors to the back patio and sound travels) -No shoes to be worn on any carpeted areas -No food or drinks to be consumed upstairs or in the beds. -Additional guests above what was reserved, including day guests will be charged 2x the nightly guest fee (unless previously approved by host). -Violation of any of these policies will be grounds for termination of your stay and immediate removal from the property.
