Beautiful Spacious Family / Kid Friendly home 5 BD

On the ground floor, you enter the house into the well-equipped kitchen (and coffee bar) and continue on through the dining room. There is a half bath on your right (the full bath is on the second floor). There is one step down into a spacious living room, and through the french doors off the living room, you will find the large ground floor bedroom. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, and a full bath. In the finished basement, there is a desk and chair for a dedicated working space, a bedroom with a double bed and egress window, and laundry room. Out on the back patio, we have a charcoal Weber grill, and a large Blackstone griddle. There's also an outdoor table with six chairs, four stools at the countertop, + a propane fire pit. We do have cameras monitoring the front door, front driveway, and back patio area on the exterior of the home. Per Airbnb policies there are no camera or other recording devices of any kind inside the home. If you have any questions about these, please let us know. Due to several large loud parties over the past few months we have had to firm up our policies. Our ability to host is at risk due to complaints from loud groups outside after 10 p.m. We love hosting and we love people, we also love our neighborhood and are friends with all of the neighbors. We can only have a property to host as long as they are in full support of it. If you are looking to host an event or people after an evening out, this is not the house for that. ***Please note*** -This property is not available to local guests. -This property is not suitable or available for guests to host gatherings of any size. This includes before and/ or after parties for events i.e. weddings, graduations and holidays. -Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am (we have very close neighbors to the back patio and sound travels) -No shoes to be worn on any carpeted areas -No food and drinks to be consumed upstairs or in the beds. -The house / patio is equipped with a decibel meter (sound level detection.) This monitors the level of noise but does not record any content. If any loud sustained noise is detected after quiet hours (10p.m.) -Additional guests above what was reserved, including day guests will be charged 2x the nightly guest fee (unless previously approved by host). -Violation of any of these policies will be grounds for termination of your stay and immediate removal from the property.
